Recycle Bin Restoring

I have a problem with restoring files from the recycle
bin. I had put some pictures I didn't need any more so I
put them in the recycle bin last year. A few days ago, I
needed one of the pics again, and when I did it gave me a
message sayin "Cannot move (file): Access is denied. Make
sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the
file is not currently in use". But, when I tried to
restore pictures I had deleted within the past or so, or
something that wasn't a picture, it worked fine. I am not
the administrator of the computer, but I don't think
that's the problem because I was able to restore other
files. Please help me!
