I couldn't find where to submit this, and with SP2 coming
out it could have already been addressed but I figured it
may help to say it here.
If you have an html or htm file, but renamed to an exe
(example test.html renamed to test.exe) and run it, even
after closing it you cannot delete the file, rename it,
or anything else like that. It also does not show after
closing it in the Processes section of the Task Manager.
