Actually your advise doesn't help, as I already mentioned
I cannot changed it in that applet because it is greyed
out. The option is already set to the proper setting but
for some reason the computer isn't reading the setting
during bootup/logon. I made the changes in the registry
but it looks like it is not being considered by the
computer. Anyone else have any better advice?
