Download and install Tweak UI from the microsoft web site.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/c/a/fca6767b-9ed9-45a6-b352-839afb2a2679/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
Run Tweak UI.
On the left side expand Logon and click Autologon.
On the right side enable the check box that reads:
Logon automatically at system startus.
Fill-in the user name.
Click Set password.
Type and confirm Your current password.
Click OK for all of the dialogs.
That's it!
