Access to install fonts

My user base is primarily members of the authenticated users group
within my domain. As such, they are unable to install fonts on their
local machines. I also tried the power users group and it also denys
them the ability to install fonts. Is there a group policy that
addresses installing fonts? My users are getting upset about this.
Thanks in advance! Todd
