is this a virus ?

Nandy, those icons that keep rappearing are put there
by "cookies" If you go into your cookie folder you can
delete any thaqt look suspicious or seem similar to the
names of the icons that keep coming up. Those cookies may
also be causing your browser homepage to change without
yo9ur permission.
