I had this problem before BUT it was caused by 'renaming the comp' My
ISP didn't recognize it anymore... I was able to get onto Windows but no
the internet. I am only on a workgroup here at home though.. not a
domain. IF you are on a domain.. it MIGHT affect your logging on to
Windows as well. Do you happen to remember what the comp name was or
can you contact the place of purchase?
