Email Virus????

What is this?

I removed all email entries. I find this as a ~ file in C:\Documents and
Settings\Brewer or C:\WIN_XP

NAV 2004, Ad Aware, Spyhunter, Spysweeper, Spybot, and Pest Patrol - all
fail to eradicate this. It keeps reappearing!!

What is it and what do I do to get rid of it?
