Problem with Local Security Policy

Hi. Iv been trying to add other computers to my user rights assignment using the 'Access this computer from the network' function.

Seems that everytime i add a comptuer/user that isnt local, it gives me an error saying: cant save the local security database.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
