security log is empty in WinXP Pro

I recently installed XP Pro on a system I built and I
noticed that the security log is completely empty even
after two weeks of use. There is absolutely nothing in
it even though there are two users on this system, and
another computer connected by LAN.

How is this happening? How can I fix it?
