unable to logon

i have been receiving this message everytime i start my
computer since the system crash during an installation of
windows update(SP1). the msg read:
   
STOP: c000021a{Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon System process terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0x0000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000}
 
i have tried to run in safe mode , last known good
confirguration but failed and gave the same response as
above. i even tried to repair the system files with
recovery console but i do not have the administration
password
