My Docs:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Personal

Desktop:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Desktop

(and you have "User Shell Folders" as well under the "Explorer" key)

Note that if you change this value in registry with a logon script, the users
need to log off and on again to see the change.

If you are using Active Directory, you should consider using a GPO to adjust
