Redirecting Desktop and My Docs

I was wondering how I redirect the My Docs folder and the
desktop to a network drive. My plan is to a desktop
folder and a my docs folder on the users home directory
out on the network. I would then like to redirect those
folders in windows xp to the network share.

I'm sure it comes down to a change in the registry, I was
hoping somebody out there could point me in the right
direction.

The users are not admins on their machines, there is only
one user to a machine, and for right now I am only
concerned with desktops.

Thanks
