You appear to be under the impression that this forum is used
to address notes to Microsoft. Not at all - it is a place where
people post problems, and volunteers post answers. If you have
any suggestions for Microsoft then you should write to them
directly. Your chances of getting a reply are greatly increased
if you compose your letter in formal English.
