A recent scan by Norton found an infected file,
cpusave.exe, in my system. The file was removed.
How can I replace this file simply, without searching
throughout the world of Microsoft for t6his needle in a
haystack? The help sections of their webpage remind me of
a many-headed hydra with double-speak and techno-babble
at every turn. I need one file (I think, as I don't know
what this file does and my system seems to run fin
without it), no great amount of lawyer-priced support
from non-English speaking foreign nationals.
Sound familiar? What can I do about the cpusave.exe file?
