Virus name: Downloader-HF

As anyone heard of this? Through McAfee virusscan aler i
was told that the subject virus is in a file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\iasqnap.dll\0001a1f8.EXE and that
the detected file cannot be cleaned. Please delete the
file and replace it with a clean copy. I could not find
this exact file and how do i replace it with a clean
copy? Help! Thanks.
