Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands (KB828026)

Hi Friends,
Every time I check for Windows updates, I am
offered "Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script
Commands (KB828026)".
It has been installed successfully (more than once!) but
continues to be proposed for downloading. Is tis a
possible fault at the MS end, or at mine?
