Registration issues

Under System Propereties/General my "Registered To" says
Unkown (probably meant Unknown) when I received my system
with XP preloaded (OEM. I would like to change it to my
name. Also , the online registration and modem
registration steps will not complete. XP is activated.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
