I am trying to load a driver for my scanner onto my
computer, but I get an error message that says "You do not
have access to make the required system configuration
modification. Please rerun this installation from an
administrators account." The problem is that I am logging
in under the administrators account. I am running windows
XP pro. Please send any advise on what I need to do.
