SP1 Problem

I received a message from Microsoft tthis morning that I
needed to download SP1 and 29 other patches. I did the
down load and a restart and now my Internet service won't
work past getting on the ISP. It does not matter what
site I try to connect to I always get the message that it
can not find the site.
How do I get SP1 off my machine? I have found the
cabinet it is stored in but can not find an uninstall
icon.
