If you are certain that it saves to each account's
My Documents\My Pictures\Labtec\Album\Pictures
and you have verified that each account has the needed
NTFS permissions on that folder, then it may be that it
is using temp space somewhere and the limited accounts
lack permissions there.
Get filemon from www.sysinternals.com and try using this
to see where access is actually failing. You will need to
log in as a limited user and use RunAs to run filemon as an
admin during the testing.
