Task Manager disabled

Sounds like my adversary MSCONFIG32.EXE.
Look in the start up tab (via the genuine msconfig)If you
see MSCONFIG32.EXE running,untick the box.Reboot (you'll
get the configuration message informing you that you've
made adjustments,etc and Windows is running in selective
mode.
Try to do an online virus scan.If you're lucky (assuming
it is MSCONFIG32.EXE)the infected files might be detected.

Please post back.Especially if you find a solution.All I
can do is contain it.
