This is most probably due to the game trying to read/write some directory or
registry key for whch it hasn't permissions. you can monitor which location,
by means of filemon and regmon, and grant the user access to those locations
..

the danger with that approach is that once "opened" those locations will
become available to all programs run by the user, even virus and trojans
he/she may be a victim of. beware of what permissions you grant to who ..
and where.
