You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.

I have ran the blaster removal tool and when I think it's gone; bam, it pops back up again. I have an IBM and have NO windows xp disks. I can do a reformat over and over again but the worm is still in the system. I think I know where it is (the system restore) so I was wondering if there was a way to isolate the file and delete it, then do another reformat, if it would be gone.??
