Norton 2003 tells me I have a virus called
Backdoor.SDBot.Gen on my system in:

C:\windows\system32\syscfg32.exe

And that it can't repair or quarantine the file. It
appears I am supposed to delete it but don't know how as
ordinary delete just results in an can't access denied
message.

Can anyone help - and what happens if I succeed? Do I
need the infected file??
