Probably not, but I'd wager that your email smtp service was used as an
open relay to send such spam. In this case, delete all email that
bounces back to you and keep doing it until it eventually stops. You may
have to reconfigure outlook to use authentication when sending emails so
that it won't be used as an open relay without your ISP's knowledege as
they would have a record that you authenticated the sending of emails.
To go all out, you should also configure outlook not to check
for/recieve emails automatically *and* not to send email automatically
either. This way, you have total control of your email client, and there
would be no way an email can be can be sent out until you manually send
them out. I can't tell you the step by step instructions for configuring
outlook 2003, since I don't have that client. I have and use
outlookxp/2002 though.
