Hi Nick,

Regarding your post:

| Every time i sign on to msn hotmail it tells me i have 5
| new messages and to go to my e-mail box when i get there
| it tells me i have no new messages. where are they for me
| to read and how do i delete them?

I wonder if the "new Messages" MSN is reporting are simply any message that
hasn't yet been read. I keep some email in my inbox thatI have yet to open
or read. If you want to investigate this, create a new folder outside of
the inbox and move all messages in your inbox to this new folder. Then log
out of msn and log back in. Was there a difference in the symptom?

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please contact MSN Support directly.
