| Posted part of this a few days ago. Thanks for the help
| from those who responded. This is the second part of the
| issue. When I installed Norton Internet Security all the
| users defaulted to a status where I can't change them.
| Symantec help says to logon as XP administrator and
| uninstall. Can't do that other than in safe mode (log in
| as administrator) and I can't change Norton in safe
| mode. All my XP users are as computer administrator, but
| Norton is not. I can't uninstall or change Norton in any
| way. It is a Norton issue more than XP (Home Edition).
| But before I go back to Symantec, does anyone have any
| ideas how to overcome this issue?
|
Your best bet is to speak with Symantec/Norton Tech Support. Here is the
support information for Norton:

One thing you might try is a System Rollback / System Restore to a date
