Auto Logoff

I am attempting to have a group of XP machines autologoff
after 15 minutes of time. I would like to do it through
a Group Policy on a 2000 server. I am willing to go to
each workstation if that is the only way possible. I
don't want to use the screen saver and password, nor do I
want to autolock the machine. If I use either of those,
only the person with the password could unlock the
machine. Thanks.
