unable to go to secure places

please if any body can tell me how to fix this problem
any time i try to go to a secure place is unable to find
it.Like when i want to pay my credit card it takes me to
the home page but when i go to manage may account it come
back with UNABLE TO FIND.
A call AOL for assistance and they could not fix it.
Please I need some help thanks
