Everybody can make their My Document folder private. To do this login as the
user and Right click on My Documents fodler. Properties->Security or
sharing.

If "simple file sharing" is on then you will see a tab titled "Sharing" and
there will be an option to make the selected folder private.

If Simple file sharing is not on then go to Security tab and remove all
entries except your account in the upper pane. Give full access to yourself.
