Steve,

This fixed my wireless connection access. Still getting
the message below and saw one other post with the same
problem. Also, I lost two user accounts when doing the
security fix, but, says the accounts are still there.
Below is the specific message when using any admin tool
*.mmc, also still can't use Search function but all work

Unable to use Administrative Tools...

MMC cannot open the file C:\windows\system32\services.mmc
This may be because the file does not exist, is not an
mmc console, or was created by a later version of MMC.
This may also be because you do not have sufficient
rights to access the file.
