The Guest account cannot establish a dial up connection. See www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, Line 32, Left Column, KeepRas Connection (FUS). Use the EXE link. Enable this option with Kelly's small utility, and then you can establish a dial up connection, and use Fast User Switching to switch to the Guest account. The connection will remain active.
