Safe Mode

I'm installing a home network on Windows XP Pro and after
Microsoft's load-up disk installed IE 6.0, it rebooted in
Safe Mode. No matter what, I can not get it to reboot
normally. Even when using F8 and "Start Windows
Normally" it boots in Safe Mood. Any suggestions?
