Is it truncated or is there a huge space between the last visible program
and the next? If there is an existing scroll bar on the screen use it.

There have been reports in the newsgroups of a few programs that add an
incredible amount of white space to this screen. Usually removing the dead
space in the registry key for the last program in the first part of the
add/remove list will fix this.
