Cannot See One of the XP Users

During the login and when I go to the user accounts area
of the control panel I cannot set the
user "Administrator". I have looked at artical Q297221
and it suggest going Computer Management/Local Users and
Groups/Users find the user that is missing and you will
see that it is dissabled. In my case the user is not
dissabled but I still do not see this user in either the
login or the user accounts area of the contol panel.
This is a big problem since I just updated from windows
2000 and this was the use associate with the win 2K
system so all of my information is with this user. I'm
not sure why it dissapeared.
