Please lose the caps - it's considered shouting, is incredibly rude and
makes your posts extremely hard to read.

You cannot access a networked computer if said computer is in a hibernated
state, as hibernation is identical to shutting the computer down. Your
system's BIOS may have a WAKE ON LAN feature, but, I've never found it to be
completely successful.
