Failure to Authenticate

When I try to dial in to my new pc (windows xp on an NT network) and look at the event log, I get the message
The user GSBNT\myusername failed an authentication attempt due to the following reason: The current configuration of the Internet Authentication Service (IAS) Server only supports local user accounts (event 20187).

With my old pc (windows NT on an NT network) I never had any problems.

How do I fix this?
