Unable to open MSDN or Books Online on a Windows XP Pro
machine. Always get "Cannot open the file: ....
MSDN130.col" or "Cannot open the file: ....sql80.col".

Tried re-installing Visual Studio and SP5, SQL Server 2000
and Sp3a, the products themselves (MSDN, Books Online),
Win XP Pro SP1, and even Windows XP Pro with Sp1
(but "upgrade" since I didn't want to lose registry).

All works OK on my other XP Pro machine, but I can't find
any difference in hh.exe, help dll's, etc.

I need help help!
