Software restriction policy

I have had a software restriction policy added as
security, is there anyway around this, other than
disabling it? Each time i try access a program, it gives
me the error because of the software restriction policy.
Can i get around this problem without disabling it?
through like a shortcut or start menu, etc or even
through DOS?
