Types of users

I am using Windows XP Home. When I create users, it
allows me to choose between two types: administrator and
limited. I am trying to run QuickBooks on this system,
and whenever I try to execute the program from a limited
user, I get the following message:

"Your user account for Windows was created with
Restricted access to system resources. Ask your system
administrator to grant you Standard user rights."

I don't want to make this user an administrator. How do I
grant this user "Standard user rights"?
