Boot to safe mode and access the default Administrator account.
This account does not appear in normal mode and it CANNOT be deleted

It can be accessed in normal mode of XP pro by logging off --then press
ctrl-alt-del-del at the login screen to bring up the classic logon screen.
Type Administrator for user name and enter the password assigned to the
default admin account during installation.
