Hello,
>You are right and thank you.
It is worst than I thought because this morning I face
more trouble:
it takes a long time to log on,
the start button is not there,
I cannot access the internet,
in short I cannot use the computer at all.
What would be the next step?
Thank again for your assistance,
hbiscus1
