Try adding their domain account to the power users local group on their machine. If
that does not work add them to the local administrators group on their local machine
which is definitely something to avoid if possible. If a user has local administrator
rights they can create a local administrator account to log onto and avoid domain
user policy or unjoin the computer from the domain. Though a power user can create
non administrative local accounts, you could use security policy to restrict logon
locally to administrators and domain users. --- Steve
