I searched Google for this error. And found the following website...

Here's how you should e able to resolve the problem.

Resolution:
1. Went to Start > Run and typed Regsvr32 /u btiein.dll and deleted the
file.
2. Removed 26E8361F-BCE7-4F75-A347-98C88B418322 from the Downloaded
Programs
Files.
