I spent yesterday and last night (UK Time) sorting this
in my own PC

log onto your administrator acc. and then ctrl+alt+del
brings up WINDOWS TASK MANAGER. From here (bottom right
button you can access all your programs)

The problems relate IMHO to a folder called DDM located
on c: drive I've deleted this completley (I think its an
adware POS)

start by deleting sysu.exe under the processes tab this
will bring back your desktop icons and control bar

I had to completly delete ddm to enable correct boot up
there is a couple of programs running in processes @
startup that need deleteting before the file can be
deleted

Hope this helps kevin_tear@DELETETHIS Lineone.net
