Expert Advice needed!!

hi guys,

I have got Artec WRR-52Z, I have updated the firmware and it is recognised
by
the BIOS but it doesn't burn or erase disks completly, fails burning after
getting to 52% but performs simulation successfully, the error message
recieved is "Target error, could not find end Track!!, Invalid write state".
Any help will be be greatly appreciated...

PS: The only difference I notice between simulation and real time burning is
that in simulation period the buffer is being used.( this writer supports
Underrun protection , overrun burn and has 2Meg buffer memory.
