internet password

I have the same problem with my password. I forgot what
my advisor password is and now i cannot get on to the
internet or change any of my settings.. DOES ANYONE HAVE
ANY IDEA ON WHAT I CAN DO BESIDES RE-INSTALLING
WINDOWS>?????thanks
