I believe Curtis has cleared this up. It is not "the configurations"
but the per-user data that FastWiz could help you with.
You could also look into the info Torgeir has posted in

for other alternatives for shortcuts to help preserve the old
per-user account data/profiles.
As far as domain structure, as was said, you must rebuild
from the ground up.
