Trouble Renaming Drive

I have a logical drive that I'd like to rename but can't. It is a
healthy 27G, NTFS file system in the 2nd partition of an 80 G drive.
When I try to rename it from "User" to "Temp", I get a message: "You
do not have sufficient rights to perform this operation". I'm logged
in as a normal user with administrative rights but I get the same
message when I log in as "administrator". I've tried modifying the
name using Windows Explorer & the Computer Management console with the
same effect.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Max
